Scheduling

We will schedule you based on both the doctor’s schedule and your availability.

We will remind you of your appointment between 24 and 48 hours prior to your scheduled time using the contact information you provide. Please note that failed appointments or appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours of notice are very difficult to fill, and are therefore subject to a cancellation fee. Please notify us as soon as you become aware of a potential conflict with your appointment to avoid any fees.

We know emergencies happen. If you are having discomfort, please let us know. We will make every attempt to see you the same day.
